As the financial support from government covers less than 42% of our budget, it is of paramount importance that we obtain support from individuals, corporate, trusts and foundations.  All expenses including salaries must be addressed by our budget.  Because of support received, we were able to address deficits in the past and also to launch capital projects to buy much need equipment.
