The Centre is run by a governing body of 10 persons - their qualifications ranging from lecturers, medical doctors to financial advisors.  The Department of Social Development is also represented on this body.  The governing body holds regular meetings and receives reports from the director on the finances and performance of the Centre.

The Centre also deliver a monthly report to the Department of Social Development in relation to financial management and performance in service delivery according to the Service Plans.

The Centre's finances are audited by Price Waterhouse Coopers on an annual basis.

Reports are also delivered during the annual general meeting of parents where the audit statements are discussed.
